We cellar a major portion of each vintage to ensure availability of earlier vintages for our Collectors Cellar members. They are structured to reward the collector’s patience with greater complexity. Pizzas are available in the traditional 12-inch (feeds 1-2 people) or the individual 7-inch pan size. Our age-worthy wines spend extended time in bottle prior to release to assure drinkability. Our Stone Cellar Classic Pizzas are prepared with the freshest ingredients available Our signature thin-crust, homemade pizza sauce, and a special blend of four cheeses. It is about a long-term experience, bearing witness over time to the development of a well-made wine. In Mac’s view, the joy of collecting is about quality, not quantity. Our Collectors Cellar was created to serve both established wine collectors and those who aspire to begin collecting.

Mac McQuown, founder of Stone Edge Farm, has collected fine wine since 1965. Stone Villa Wine Cellars opened to the public in August of 2000, and is located on 150 acres of picturesque land in the foothills of the Laurel Highlands.
